Troubleshooting Tips

I get an error that Authorware cannot locate the map file.

This error is related to the installation of the Macromedia Authorware Web Player. Make sure that you have downloaded the FULL player from the Macromedia site. FULL player is different from the COMPLETE Player.

Close this window to return to the teacher training online page where you will find the link for downloading the player.

If you are certain that you have the correct player and you still receive the error, try cleaning your cache of stored internet files. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools-Internet Options. On the "General" tab, click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files."
