Goal

The goal of this workshop is to provide participants with a general understanding of how to deal with personnel issues in adult education.

Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Recruit and hire potential certificated/classified employees;
  2. Identify the differences in credential requirements for certified employees;
  3. Identify legal issues related to safety and security, and equity and access;
  4. Supervise and evaluate certificated/classified employees;
  5. Document and move to improve employee behavior; and
  6. Cope with daily stress.
