Goal

The goal of this workshop is to provide participants with a general understanding of adult education fiscal management and budgeting.

Objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

1. Recognize vocabulary related to adult education fiscal management;
2. Be aware of relevant Education Code related to adult education fiscal management;
3. Identify the elements of adult education budget development;
4. Recognize the process for developing adult education budgets; and
5. Begin the process of developing a local adult education budget.
