Services at the Center
The San Diego/Imperial County Professional Development Center is committed to providing high quality services that meet the needs of those agencies in our area. Under the auspices of CALPRO and the California Department of Education (CDE), we offer a comprehensive system of professional development and technical assistance for adult education and literacy providers.
Services
The services we offer include:
- Conducting needs assessments to plan for professional development;
- Providing research based professional development workshops;
- Providing technical assistance;
- Collecting and disseminating information;
- Working collaboratively with state leadership projects (e.g., OTAN, CASAS, CDLP, and CALPRO); and
- Maintaining a resource library.
