Companion Electronic Community of Practice (e-CoP)
Each Virtual Workroom has a discussion area in CALPRO’s electronic Community of Practice (e-CoP), a separate Web site located at http://calproecop.groupsite.com. The e-CoP is open to all eligible adult educators, i.e., those who are currently employed by programs that receive funding through the California Department of Education, Adult Education Office. The Virtual Workroom for Multilevel ESL Instructors offers a wide variety of professional resources organized around five central challenges in multilevel instruction: needs assessment, lesson planning, group work, materials, and evaluation. Intended Audience
